Dead palm skirts, dry brush and ladder fuels cleared

Free EstimateNorth San Diego County · CA Lic. #945074

In North County the fuel that carries a fire to a building is usually already standing next to it: dead palm skirts hanging down a trunk, dry fronds lodged in the crown, brush and dead wood piled against a wall, and branches overhanging a roof. We clear exactly that for apartment complexes, HOAs and homeowners — palms skinned and dead fronds removed, ladder fuels cut out so a ground fire cannot climb into a canopy, trees pruned back from roofs, eaves and chimneys, and dead vegetation cleared and hauled. Whether you are working to a fire marshal's notice, an insurance inspection or your own maintenance calendar, we work to the scope and give you the paperwork to show it was done.

Our Process

1

Walk the Property

We walk the buildings with you or your manager and mark every palm, tree and brush area that needs work.

2

Written Scope

You get a scope by area and a price, matched to any notice or inspection you have to meet.

3

Clear and Haul

Palms, trees and brush are worked to the scope, with residents' parking and access kept clear.

4

Document

We photograph the finished work so you have a record for the fire marshal, the insurer or the board.
